How to Order

Purchasing the Handbook is a simple and straightforward process. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Submit your Order

To place an order, please send an email to otocs2@ams.gov.hk with the following details:

  • Your full name and / or Government Department/Organisation (if applicable)
  • Your email address
  • Your contact telephone number
  • Quantity of Handbooks required

Step 2: Receive your Demand Note

You will receive a demand note via email shortly. If any details are incomplete or require clarification, our staff may contact you by telephone.

Step 3: Complete your Payment

Please ensure that payment is settled before the due date (usually 14 calendar days of the demand note issue date). Payment instructions will be provided in the demand note. If payment is not received by the due date, it will be regarded as a withdrawal of your purchase request, and the order will therefore be cancelled.

Step 4: Download your Handbook

Once payment has been confirmed, an email containing a download link for the encrypted PDF file will be sent to you. The download link will remain valid for 14 calendar days, and we kindly request that you download the file within this timeframe.

Step 5: Access the Encrypted PDF File (Your Handbook)

The same email will include instructions on how to open the encrypted PDF file. Please follow the provided steps to access your Handbook.

Important Information

  • Payment are non-refundable once completed.
  • Customers must ensure that a valid email address is provided and are advised to check their inbox (including junk or spam folders) regularly for updates or correspondence.
  • A PDF reader is required to open and view the Handbook.
  • The conventional printed version of the Handbook has been discontinued and is no longer available for purchase
  • The selling price of the Handbook is subject to periodic review.
